FlatCRM vs Salesforce.
Salesforce is, properly understood, an operating system for an enterprise sales organisation. There is a reason a Salesforce implementation is its own consulting industry.
FlatCRM is a notebook for a small business owner. Comparing them apples-to-apples isn’t fair to either, but the search query exists, so here we are. The point of this page is to help you not pick the wrong one.

The honest part
Which one is right for you.
Pick FlatCRM if
You are a small business owner who landed on Salesforce’s site because you typed “CRM” into a search bar. That is the most common path to a Salesforce trial, and it usually ends in a churn email three months later.
If you are one to three people running services, Salesforce is five to fifteen times more product than you can absorb. We are being honest here: you almost certainly want this one.
Pick Salesforce if
You have a real sales organisation. Twenty to twenty thousand users. Territory plans, quotas, custom objects modelling your actual business. A budget for a dedicated admin or a partner firm.
At that scale, Salesforce isn’t a CRM choice — it is the standard infrastructure your finance, support, and partner teams expect. Pick it.
