You are a solo operator or a two-person shop. You bill on services and want a CRM that looks like a ledger, not a sales dashboard.
You don’t need multiple pipelines, you don’t want to set up custom stages, and you don’t want to add a seat charge every time you grow.
Pick Pipedrive if
You have five-plus salespeople. You need multiple pipelines for different products or regions. Per-rep activity tracking and forecasting actually matter to your week.
