01 — What we promise
Every comparison page on FlatCRM is written so a reader can also pick the other product. Sometimes the other product is the right answer — every page has an honest “Pick {competitor} if” column for that reason.
We do not run negative-keyword bidding, do not pay for comparison-page placement, and do not take affiliate commissions on competitor links.
02 — What we put in the table
Rows on every comparison table cover features that are publicly documented on the competitor’s own site: pricing, seat model, contact limits, automation surface, AI inclusion, mobile app availability, integration count, lock-in, and target team size. We do not include opinions about user experience, customer support quality, or company culture in the comparison rows.
03 — How we verify
Each row is checked against the competitor’s own published pricing or feature documentation. The verification date is stamped on every comparison page and on the table footnote. Pricing is quoted as a typical published rate; promotional pricing, regional pricing, and annual-vs-monthly variations are not exhaustively reflected — readers should click through to the source for current numbers.

Each comparison page links its competitor’s pricing page directly. The complete list:
05 — Corrections
If a row is out of date or misrepresents a competitor, mail support@flatcrm.app with the page, the row, and the source. Corrections are applied within 24 hours and the verification date on the affected page is bumped at the same time.
Competitor representatives are welcome to use the same channel — we do not require a legal preamble to fix a factual error.
06 — Cadence
Every comparison page is re-verified at least quarterly, or whenever a sourced competitor changes its public pricing. When a row changes, the affected table is updated in the same commit that bumps the verification date.
07 — Disclosure
FlatCRM is operated by a Polish individual under działalność nierejestrowa (unregistered economic activity) at the time of writing. Competitor pricing pages linked from this site are not affiliate links and pay no referral commission to FlatCRM.
