Terms.

The short version: 14-day trial, monthly subscription, 30-day no-questions refund. Cancel any time from billing. We won’t spam your contacts and you won’t use FlatCRM to spam yours.

01The agreement

Creating a FlatCRM account means you accept these terms and the Privacy policy. If you sign up on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind it.

02The service

FlatCRM is a small CRM for 1–2 person teams: contacts, deals, tasks, inbound email capture, CSV export. The cap and feature list on /pricing describes the current plans. We change features over time; we won’t silently strip something material from a plan you’re paying for.

03Trial and billing

The trial is 14 days, no card required. After that, paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record — they handle the card, the invoice, and the local sales tax. The first charge happens when you upgrade, then on the same calendar day each month. Cancel any time from Settings and access continues to the end of the paid period.

04Refunds

30 days, no questions. Mail support@flatcrm.appwith the order number and you’ll have a refund and a confirmation by end of next business day. Refunds happen even if the product works fine and you just changed your mind. Outside that window, write anyway — we read everything and refund a lot of things that don’t strictly qualify.

05Acceptable use

FlatCRM is a CRM, not a sending platform. You agree not to:

  • Use FlatCRM to send unsolicited bulk email to people who haven’t asked to hear from you.
  • Upload contact data you don’t have a lawful basis to process (consent, contract, legitimate interest).
  • Scrape, reverse-engineer, or rate-limit-evade the product.
  • Resell, sublicense, or repackage FlatCRM as your own product.
  • Store anything that requires a regulated framework we haven’t signed up to (PCI cardholder data, US healthcare PHI under HIPAA, classified material).

Breach of any of these is grounds for immediate suspension. We’ll mail you first if there’s any reasonable interpretation under which you weren’t breaching.

06Your data

You own what you put in. We process it on your behalf under the Privacy policy and the DPA available on request. Export and delete are one button each in Settings.

07Our IP

FlatCRM, the brand, the code, and the design are ours. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence beyond the right to use the hosted product while subscribed.

08Uptime and changes

We aim for high availability but don’t carry an uptime SLA at this price. If a long outage costs you a month of value, mail support@flatcrm.appand we’ll credit the month. We may change the product, pricing, or these terms; material changes are emailed at least 30 days ahead and you may cancel before they take effect.

09Liability

FlatCRM is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Polish and EU law, our aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data, beyond that cap. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that can’t lawfully be limited.

10Termination

You may close your workspace at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach 05 — Acceptable use or that fail payment for more than 30 days, after a written notice and a chance to cure.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Poland. Disputes are resolved in the competent Polish courts. EU consumers keep their mandatory consumer-protection rights; nothing here overrides them.
